Terms of Service
Effective: July 30, 2026
1. The service
VeriStudio ("the Service", "we") is a web application that turns text prompts and your uploaded media into AI-generated films: storyboards, images, video clips, narration, and music, assembled into final cuts. Every output is sealed with a SHA-256 provenance manifest and stored on Backblaze B2. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You need an account (email and password, or Google sign-in) to use the studios, library, and billing. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Credits and payments
Generation consumes credits. Credit prices, per-action costs, and your ledger are shown on the Billing page. Purchases are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Credits are a prepaid usage allowance, not money: they carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and don't accrue interest. Failed or cancelled generation runs are refunded in credits automatically. See the Refund Policy for money-back terms. We may change credit pricing prospectively; already-purchased credits keep working.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of media you upload. By uploading, you grant us the license needed to store it (Backblaze B2), process it through the AI providers you invoke, and display it back to you. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload — including the likeness of any real person appearing in reference images, footage, or voice recordings.
5. Generated content
As between you and us, you own the outputs generated in your account, to the extent permitted by the third-party model providers involved (OpenAI, Google, Alibaba Cloud, ByteDance, Black Forest Labs, and others — each with their own usage terms). AI outputs may be similar to outputs generated for others and may contain inaccuracies; we make no promise of uniqueness, fitness, or non-infringement. Provenance manifests exist so that anyone can verify what a file is and how it was made — publishing an output means publishing that it is AI-generated.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to create content that is illegal, that sexualizes minors, that impersonates a real person without their consent (including voice cloning and deepfakes), that infringes others' intellectual property, or that is intended to deceive (e.g. presenting generated media as authentic footage of real events). Don't probe, overload, or resell the Service without permission. We may remove content and terminate accounts for violations.
7. Storage and availability
Generated and uploaded files are stored as objects on Backblaze B2 and served through a CDN at durable, publicly accessible URLs (see the Privacy Policy). The Service is provided "as is" without warranties; we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and third-party model outages are outside our control. Deleting a project or upload deletes its stored objects.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for how you or others use generated content.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: customersupportbot@luqlabs.com.
